Excellent yoga class. Nice ambience and absolutely amazing trainer. Nazish is very friendly, and her way of teaching is beyond awesome. She gives proper attention to each and everyone, and encourage us to do only as much as the body allows without pushing the individuals too much, which I really loved as my body is not that flexible. I highly recommend maple tree yoga because first of all trainer nazish she is very friendly and her teaching is outstanding, i have joined here for power yoga and lost 5kg, trainer cares about her students and she herself checks our weight every week and we actually loose weight week by week and she will give diet plan also.. im so happy that i joined here, and i can actually say that im lucky that i got this trainer nazish.
